When Kim asked me to take her family pictures, I was super excited. While Kim is not a professional photographer, she sure is talented and has a great eye.
It is such a compliment for her to choose me 🙂 I had so much fun with this bunch, we had an amazing day, happy kids and a few grandmas too!
West Vancouver Maternity Photographer | Maren
Before this shoot, Maren and I were talking about rescheduling due to weather…..She replied that the shoot was happening on said day even if she was in labour….well, she was having contractions from the start of the shoot till the end. She is so tough, you cannot even tell that she might be even a little uncomfortable. She is so gorgeous and all glowy. I’d like to say this is due to her pregnancy, but really she is like that all the time 🙂 Her hubby Drew is super sweet too and her son….I die, he is so so so amazingly cute. I just wanted to eat him up….well yo know what I mean. I cannot wait to meet #2 – he or she is sure to be another stunner.

I could not have had better winners for my contest! The Lerouxs are this wonderful, beautiful and cool family who I felt at home with right away. It felt special, I’m not sure if it’s because the big brother Sebastian, reminded me of my own Sebastian or if it was because there were three generations there or because baby jackson was so squishalishess….but I loved the shoot and I love the images from it.
